To win, simply leave us a review of the item(s) you had bought and upload a photo of you using your Stackers on Instagram with the hashtag #mystackerssg. If you do not have an Instagram account, you can also choose to send us your photos to info@agvagroup.com.

The time period to upload your photos and leave a review is from now till 5 March 2020 2359 hours. We will select the winners and announce the results on 10 March 2020. For more details of the Stackers Lucky Draw, please refer to the Terms and Conditions below.

Terms and Conditions:

1. This lucky draw is only open to customers who:

Had purchased a Stackers product on www.agvabags.com before; and
Is also a subscriber on Stackers Singapore mailing list

2. This lucky draw is open from 25 February 2020 to 5 March 2020, both dates inclusive. The winners will be announced on 10 March 2020.

3. To join the lucky draw, participants have to complete either one or BOTH of the following actions:

A. Leave a review for the Stackers product you had purchased. To leave a review, simply go to www.agvabags.com/collections/stackers and select the Stackers item you bought. Scroll all the way down to the bottom of the page and you will see the review section. Leave a review with the name and email address you used to purchase your Stackers items.

B. Upload a photo of you using your Stackers product onto your Instagram with the hashtag #mystackerssg, and tag us at @stackerssingapore. For the purpose of this lucky draw, your profile has to be made public within the lucky draw time frame.

C. If you do not have an Instagram account or if you are uncomfortable with making your profile public, you can send us the photos of you using your Stackers products with captions to info@agvagroup.com. Please put the subject title as: Stackers Lucky Draw Photo Submission

4. By uploading the photos onto Instagram or submitting the photos to Stackers Singapore via email, the participant is consenting to Stackers Singapore using the photos for social media, website, and emailer content purposes.

5. Do not upload or send any nude, obscene, or rude photographs. This will result in immediate disqualification. Stackers Singapore will also request participant to remove the hashtag #mystackerssg and untag Stackers Singapore in the photo(s).

6. Top 10 Prizes:

6.1 Consolation Prize
One $20 E-Cash Voucher will be given in the form of an unique coupon code to participants who did not win from the top ten prizes.

7. To increase the chance of winning from the top ten prizes, participants can choose to upload or send Stackers Singapore as many photos as they desire.

8. Each Winner is only entitled to win one prize.

9. Stackers Singapore shall contact the Winners via email within seven (7) days of the announcement of the results of the Lucky Draw.

10. The prizes are not transferable and/ or exchangeable for cash or any other items.

11. Acceptance of any prize shall constitute consent on the winner’s part to allow the use of the winner’s name, photo, image, voice and/or likeness by Stackers Singapore for editorial, advertising, promotional, marketing and/or other purposes without further compensation except where prohibited by law.

12. Prizes are to be collected at 625 Aljunied Road Aljunied Industrial Complex #04-07 Singapore 389836 from Monday to Friday between 10am to 6pm. The Winner is to email info@agvagroup.com to schedule a date and time to collect the prize. Should the winner decide to request for the prize to be delivered, the Winner will have to make a payment of $5 for the delivery service.

13. Prizes are to be collected within 14 days of notification, failing which, the prize will be forfeited and Stackers Singapore reserves the right to give the prize to another winner.

14. Stackers Singapore reserves the rights to amend the terms and conditions without any prior notice.
